Quality of life has gone down for the people in the last couple generations. Pollution has made it hard to spend any time outdoors and many rules and regulations control people. The government has decided to create “Sprouts” or villages far from technology and the pollutions. The first of these experimental villages, First Sprout, is going to be run by a young lady and her assistant. Everyone has high hopes but worries too. Will First Sprout be able to keep resources in stock? Will others be happy in the valley? The outcome is entirely up to the new mayor.
